About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build Crediflow, Newron's AI-first Lending

Operating System for Banks and NBFCs.

You will work directly with customers, engineering, and AI teams to define product features,

write PRDs and User Stories, conduct product demonstrations, and drive the product roadmap.

This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys building enterprise

AI products and wants to grow into a product leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

● Understand customer requirements through workshops and product discovery sessions.

● Own product features from concept to production.

● Write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

● Work closely with Engineering and AI teams throughout the product lifecycle.

● Prioritize product backlog and participate in sprint planning.

● Conduct product demonstrations and support customer implementations.



Perform UAT and validate product releases.

● Continuously identify opportunities to improve the product using AI.

Required Qualifications

● B.Tech/ B.E. in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, from Premier Institute

● 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, Technical Business Analysis, or Solutions Engineering.

● Solid engineering background with the ability to work closely with software development teams.

● Experience writing PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

● Good understanding of APIs, enterprise software, and Agile development.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

● Ability to interact confidently with enterprise customers.

Preferred Skills

● Banking, Lending, FinTech, or Enterprise SaaS products.

● Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Digital Lending, or Workflow Platforms.

● Exposure to AI or Generative AI products.
