Product Head - Housing / NBFC

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Product Head to lead our Housing Finance and NBFC product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing the entire product lifecycle for our housing loan and other NBFC products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Indian housing finance market, regulatory landscape, and customer needs.

Head will drive innovation, ensure competitive positioning, and contribute significantly to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap for housing finance and other NBFC products, aligning with the company's business goals and market opportunities.

- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new product opportunities, enhancements, and market trends.

- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization and business case development to design, launch, and post-launch performance monitoring.

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, credit, risk, operations, technology,



and legal/compliance teams to ensure seamless product delivery and market penetration.

- Manage the product P&L;, including revenue forecasting, cost management, and profitability analysis for the assigned product portfolio.

- Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory guidelines from RBI, NHB, and other statutory bodies.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives for products, enhancing customer experience through technology-driven solutions and platforms.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve business targets.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Act as a subject matter expert for housing finance and NBFC products, providing insights and training to internal stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to enhance product capabilities.
