We are a small, senior engineering team with a strong bias for shipping. We work on high-leverage problems, in-person, from Gurugram and Bengaluru.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Engineer to take ownership of significant modules across our product suite. The role is primarily full-stack development — designing and shipping end-to-end features across data models, APIs, application logic, and user interfaces. You will work closely with the founders and the rest of the engineering team on both new product surfaces and improvements to existing platforms.

The products you will contribute to include:

Amplify — our SaaS platform for D2C marketing teams, currently being spun out as a standalone product.

LCX Platform — our enterprise agentic marketing platform, in production with automotive OEMs.

Creative Studio — the generation engine that powers brand-consistent creative at scale.

New product surfaces as they enter the roadmap.

This is a hands-on engineering role with substantial ownership. Weekly release cycles, direct customer feedback, and short paths from idea to production are the norm.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and ship features end-to-end across the stack — schema, APIs, application logic, and user interface.
- Own scoped modules of the product from specification through deployment and iteration with customers.
- Contribute to architectural decisions around multi-tenancy, data modelling, integrations, and scalability.




- Improve and maintain existing platform code — refactoring, performance work, and technical debt reduction.
- Participate in the weekly release cycle, including staging deployments, quality checks, and production releases.
- Collaborate with the founding team on product direction and technical strategy.
- Write clear documentation for the code you ship and the decisions behind it.

Required Qualifications

- 2–4 years of professional experience shipping production full-stack web applications.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Working experience with Next.js (App Router preferred), PostgreSQL, and Prisma.
- Experience deploying and operating web applications on modern hosting platforms (Vercel, AWS, or similar).
- A good understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including workspace scoping, role-based access control, and billing integrations.
- Familiarity with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as part of your regular development workflow.
- Comfort with fast-paced product cycles, iterative development, and shipping in small increments.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a small team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the marketing technology, adtech, or creative technology domain.
- Experience integrating with large language model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar).
- Working knowledge of infrastructure tooling — Terraform, GitHub Actions, container-based deployments, or similar.
- Contributions to open-source projects, or a track record of substantial personal projects.
- Design sensibility and attention to user-interface quality.
