Role Description The Product Designer at Cocpit will work on-site in Kolhapur in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams to shape user-centric experiences across the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating product requirements into intuitive interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile interfaces. The role involves conducting and synthesizing user research, defining problem statements, and applying design thinking to create solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

The Product

Designer will iterate on designs based on feedback and data, contribute to the development of design systems,



and ensure consistency and accessibility across all touchpoints. Working in a fast-paced environment, the designer will participate in ideation workshops, prototype current features, and help refine Cocpit’s overall product vision.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Product Design skills, with the ability to translate requirements into cohesive user experiences.
- Candidates should possess Visual Design capabilities, including proficiency in layout, typography, color, and design systems for digital products.
- Candidates should possess Design Thinking skills to frame problems, ideate solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess User Research and UX Research skills to plan, conduct, and interpret qualitative and quantitative user insights.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven culture.
- Experience designing AI-driven or data-rich products, and knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices, are beneficial.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
