Product & Delivery Manager

Location: Mumbai (On-site / Hybrid)

We are looking for a hands-on Product & Delivery Manager to help shape and launch digital products across gaming, OTT and AI-led experiences. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can convert ideas and client needs into clear product requirements, keep teams aligned in Jira, and ensure releases are delivered on time.

The Salary range is for a Mumbai-based candidate with 3+ years of product/project-delivery experience, though candidates with direct gaming, OTT, cloud, or AI product exposure will be especially valuable.

What you’ll own

- Convert business, founder, and client requirements into product briefs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised Jira tickets.
- Help define product pages, onboarding flows, dashboards, payment/subscription journeys, content-discovery experiences, and feature specifications.
- Conduct product and market research: gaming, cloud PC, AI tools, user behaviour, competitor features, and monetization models.
- Own sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and follow-ups.
- Track timelines, dependencies, blockers, delivery risks, bugs, and scope changes; escalate early and drive resolution.
- Lead client calls, capture requirements accurately, share weekly progress, manage expectations, and drive milestone approvals.
- Prepare product demos, release notes, delivery reports, and internal status updates.
- Build a clear operating rhythm across Jira, Confluence/Notion, Slack,



and client communication channels.
- As the company grows, help hire and guide a junior Scrum/Project Coordinator for routine tracking, Jira updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups.

What we’re looking for -
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Project Management, Client Delivery, Product Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong experience using Jira: epics, stories, tasks, backlog prioritization, sprint boards, dashboards, and release tracking.
- Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum, with the ability to keep processes straightforward and execution-focused.
- Experience working with software/product teams, including UI/UX designers, frontend/backend engineers, QA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; you should be comfortable leading calls with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to break unclear requests into an achievable MVP, define priorities, and prevent uncontrolled scope expansion.
- Interest in or exposure to gaming, esports, OTT/video streaming, subscriptions, cloud infrastructure, AI products, or SaaS.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment where ownership matters more than hierarchy.
- Good product sense:



you can think through user journeys, identify friction, and improve experiences - not only manage timelines.

Nice to have -
- Experience with gaming platforms, cloud gaming, video streaming, OTT, creator platforms, media tech, AI/LLM tools, or B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with Figma, analytics tools, Google Analytics/Mixpanel, APIs, cloud concepts, and QA/release processes.
- Experience working directly with external clients, agencies, enterprise accounts, or implementation projects.
- Ability to create basic wireframes, user flows, or structured product documentation.
- Startup or small-team experience.

Key outcomes In your first 90 days, you will be expected to:
- Bring visibility and discipline to the product backlog, sprint commitments, release plans, and client deliverables.
- Create clear documentation standards for product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
- Establish a weekly client-update process and reduce avoidable communication gaps.
- Help ship meaningful features/releases across gaming, OTT, cloud-PC, or AI product initiatives.
- Improve team delivery predictability, ownership, and cross-functional coordination.
