About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product & Category Manager to manage and develop Dausto's product catalogue and categories.

The role will involve identifying and onboarding new products, maintaining accurate product information, managing product listings and catalogues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring that the product assortment remains relevant and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and regularly update Dausto’s product catalogue and categories.
- Create and maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
- Identify and onboard new products based on market trends and business requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for product information, pricing, and other details.
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and properly categorised.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities.
- Maintain product-related trackers and reports.
- Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to support catalogue and category development.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Category Management, Catalogue Management, Product Management, Merchandising, Sourcing or a similar role.
- Experience in managing product catalogues and product information.
- Positive understanding of product categories, assortment and market trends.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and categories simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in corporate gifting, merchandise, lifestyle products, retail or sourcing.
- Experience in vendor coordination and product sourcing.
- Knowledge of product listing or catalogue management tools.
- Basic understanding of product pricing and competitor analysis.

CTC : Best in the Industry

Work Mode : Full time, Work from Office

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
