VisioGen is India's AI-powered product in the ophthalmology and eye-care space, currently in an active pilot and productisation phase. The product sits at the intersection of clinical workflows, AI-assisted diagnostics, and a multi-channel go-to-market model - making execution clarity and cross-functional alignment critical to our speed.

We are looking for a Product Associate who functions as a mid-layer execution owner - someone who bridges the gap between product direction and engineering delivery. This is not a documentation or reporting role. You will translate strategy into structured, engineering-ready requirements, drive follow-through across workstreams, and ensure what gets built actually reflects what was intended.

What you'll do

- Convert product ideas and SPM briefs into structured PRDs, BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed workflow maps
- Sit with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to detail out requirements to the most granular level before sprint planning - acting as the bridge between SPM intent and engineering execution
- Work directly with external development partners (e.g., RemoteEngine agency) to review workflows, validate implementations against problem statements, and provide written structured feedback
- Drive end-to-end follow-ups across UI/UX, Operations, Marketing, and Engineering - closing loops without routing back through the PM
- Anticipate risks,



surface gaps early, and proactively unblock dependencies before they become blockers
- Follow up relentlessly across all workstreams - track commitments and hold teams to timelines
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback from pilots; translate it into actionable product improvements
- Maintain product documentation, backlogs, release plans, and decision logs with consistency and discipline.
