Procurement cum Admin Executive EXPERIENCE:1 years :· Identify OEMs for Fire Alarm System & Accessories Identify OEMs for Fire Fighting Systems & Accessories Identify Distributors of all required OEMs Maintain rates list and keep updating every 15 days Make quotations and send to sales team / client Take procurement requirement from Ops team/ sales team Provide 4 comparatives for each requirement Identify vendors with good quality products Identify vendors for safety equipment / maintain list Plan dispatch as required Prepare PO for vendors Prepare e-way bills and challans for delivery Identify best transport / courier service for dispatch across India & Abroad Process all export formalities and paperwork. Handle logistics / dispatch QUALIFICATION:· B.Tech /any graduate Fire industry experience
