? Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory
- 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer (On Paper)
• Experience in International Seller Support / E-commerce BPO
- Robust understanding of seller support, merchant onboarding, inventory & order resolution
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- 5.5 Days Working | Rotational Offs
- ? Cab facility available, subject to hiring-zone limits
? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding & upskilling training
- Develop and update training manuals, SOPs & process workflows
- Monitor trainee performance and knowledge retention
- Identify training gaps and collaborate with Operations & Quality teams
- Ensure adherence to quality, SLA & operational standards
