We are looking for an experienced Process/Product Trainer with robust expertise in E-Commerce Seller/Marketplace Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver NHA, nesting and upskilling training
- Train teams on Seller Central, marketplace policies and CRM
- Conduct TNA, assessments, mock cases and refresher sessions
- Track batch performance and training metrics
- Support international E-Commerce/merchant processes
? Strong English communication is required
? E-Commerce/Seller Central experience preferred
? Bachelor’s degree required
