Role-: Process Engineer

Experience-: 6 to 8 Yrs.

Location-: Thane Mumbai

Qualification-: BE-Chemical Engineering / Biochemical Engineering / Biotechnology • M. Pharma/B. Pharma M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology)

- Preparation of PFD, URS, FDS, Cycle Time Analysis etc.

- Calculation for Utilities, Peak Loads, Pipe / Pump sizing, Equipment

- capacity, and other accessories capacity/load/size

- Preparation of P&ID;, TS, DS, BOQ, Tender, Validation documents (VMP,

- FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ etc)

Basic requirement:

Knowledge of chemical engineering unit operations/processes

- Knowledge of various Regulatory / GMP / Statutory requirements related to Pharmaceuticals & Biotech manufacturing (Preferred)




- Knowledge of chemical engineering design calculations
- Knowledge of engineering guidelines like ISPE, ASME, ASME-BPE, ASTM etc
- Ready to travel extensively
- Willing to stay in office for extended durations
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (Preferred)

Can handle assignments independently.

Ability to work in groups/as a part of heterogeneous team.

Maintain performance in demanding situations.

Engineering & Consultancy – Biotech & Pharmaceuticals

Process Engineers – Sterile API / Formulations / Biotech Facilities

QA (Validation Experts) – Sterile API / Formulations / Biotech Facilities

Desired Job-ex:

• 6+ years (in case of B.E/M. Pharma/Pharma.)

- 6 - 8 years (in case of M.Sc./B.Sc.)
- Process Engineering/ Design know-how will be an added advantage for the M. Pharma/ M.Sc. candidates
- M. Pharma/ M.Sc. candidates with Diploma in engineering will be given preference
