Key Responsibilities: 1. Process &

- Operations Management - Monitor and coordinate day-to-day MDO operations - Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined timelines - Maintain process flow and adherence to internal SOPs 2. Data Management &
- Reporting - Maintain and update operational data, trackers, and MIS reports - Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports 3. Task Allocation &
- Follow-ups - Allocate tasks to team members as per workload and priority - Track progress and ensure timely completion - Follow up with internal teams for pending tasks 4. Coordination &




- Communication - Act as a bridge between different departments - Ensure smooth communication and workflow alignment - Escalate issues or delays to management when required 5. Documentation &
- Compliance - Maintain proper documentation of processes and activities - Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements 6.
