Position: Process Coordinator

Salary: 22k to 27k CTC

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to support day-to-day production operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing setting and be capable of coordinating between Production, PPC, and Quality teams to ensure smooth execution of production activities.

Key Responsibilities

Verify and ensure Quality Control (QC) checks are completed before and during production.

Match production samples with approved artwork and customer-approved samples before production starts.

Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to the daily production plan.

Coordinate with Production, QC,



and Prepress departments to resolve process-related issues.

Ensure production documentation and process records are maintained accurately.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any relevant discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Production Coordination, or Manufacturing.

MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
