Project Coordinator – Defence R&D; (Electronics Experience only)

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking defence





R&D; projects involving multi-disciplinary engineering teams and multiple manufacturing locations.

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Track technical progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with design, testing, QA, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
- Interface with customers for reviews, reporting, and audits.
- Ensure timely delivery of hardware, documentation, and qualification outputs.
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- BE with solid engineering background.
- 6–10 years of project management experience.
