Associate/ Analyst / Team Lead– UK Life Insurance, Pensions & Retirement Operations | HCLTech Location: Navallur, Chennai Designation: Process Associate / Sr.

Process Associate Experience: 1–6 Years (Process Associate/Analyst), 5-10years (Team Lead) with at least 1-2 years into team handling role.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days HCLTech is looking for professionals with experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Funds, Savings & Investments, and Policy Administration to join our growing Insurance Operations team.

Fund (ARF) Savings & Investments Individual Personal Retirement Savings Account (IPRSA) Key Responsibilities - Handle policy servicing, claims, alterations, and customer enquiries

- Process pension, retirement, and investment-related transactions
- Manage current business, fund switches,



income payments, surrenders, and top-ups
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with UK insurance and retirement regulations
