Process Associate /n Experience: 1–6 Years (Process Associate/Analyst), 5-10years (Team Lead) with at least 1-2 years into team handling role. /n Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days /n HCLTech is looking for professionals with experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Funds, Savings & Investments, and Policy Administration to join our growing Insurance Operations team. /n Note: We have multiple open roles, so feel free to refer to your friends/colleagues. /n Open Roles /n Pensions /n Approved Retirement Fund (ARF) /n Savings & Investments /n Individual Personal Retirement Savings Account (IPRSA) /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Handle policy servicing, claims, alterations, and customer enquiries

- Process pension, retirement, and investment-related transactions

/n

- Manage new business, fund switches,



income payments, surrenders, and top-ups

/n

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with UK insurance and retirement regulations

/n

- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational SLAs
