We are seeking a detail-oriented HOA Support Executive to manage HOA and tenant inquiries and assist in the timely resolution of violations for US-based Homeowners Association (HOA) clients. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Process HOA violation accurately
- Respond to HOA and tenant queries
- Review and assist in violation resolution
- Coordinate with internal reviewers and supervisors
- Maintain proper documentation and file organization
- Support month-end and reporting activities as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Qualification: Graduation or equivalent
- Experience: 0–2 years in HOA support, customer service, or similar role
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet daily deadlines

Work Expectations

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in US time zones
