Role Description The Principal will provide academic, administrative, and strategic leadership for one or more institutions under Sir C.R.

Reddy Educational

Institutions. This full-time, on-site position is based in Andhra Pradesh, India, and involves overseeing day-to-day academic operations, staff management, and student services.

Key responsibilities include implementing curriculum and assessment standards,



ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance, developing and executing institutional development plans, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning workplace. The Principal will lead faculty recruitment and development, manage budgets and resources, coordinate with the parent body and governing committees, and maintain strong relationships with parents, industry, and community stakeholders. The role also includes promoting research, innovation, and co-curricular activities, while upholding the institution’s values and long-standing academic legacy.

? Eligibility & Criteria:

- Qualifications: First class in Masters with Ph.D. in Sciences, Commerce, Management, Computer Science, or Social Sciences.
- Overall Experience: minimum of 15+ years of dedicated Teaching and Research experience in higher education and currently working in the grade of Associate Professor or Professor.
- Administrative Experience: Minimum of 8 years in academic administration, out of which at least 3 years must be as a Principal or Vice-Principal in a reputed college or university.
