Join us as a DFT/DFX Technical Lead and drive the test architecture strategy for next-generation multi-phase controller solutions. In this role, you will define and implement advanced Design-for-Test (DFT/DFX) methodologies, establish industry-leading verification flows, and ensure compliance with stringent automotive quality standards.

Working alongside global cross-functional teams, you will provide technical leadership, shape product quality from concept to silicon, and enable the development of cutting-edge power management technologies that power tomorrow's intelligent systems.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

- Lead the DFX topic for the Multi phase controllers targeted for Auto and Humanoids
- Define the DFX Architecture and Verification of the DFX features
- Top Level Integration
- Analog Patterns flow establishment
- SPyglass flows for Early Detection of DFT coverage loss
- Develop DFT constraints in alignment with CIC team
- Establish flows to meet the Auto Standards for ex. Fault sims
- Technical guidance to the DES DFT team

Your profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

- Solid experience in DFX of Mixed Signal chips




- Ability to driver DFT Arch and be a bridge between Digital Design team and DFT
- Implementation team if DES
