Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead Microsoft 365 and Security architecture, presales, delivery governance, and practice development. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, identity, compliance, endpoint management, and customer-facing solution architecture, with a working understanding of Copilot, Azure, Data, and AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, lead Microsoft 365 and Security transformation initiatives, mentor consulting teams, and support business growth through practical, secure, and scalable Microsoft solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Leadership· Lead Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and Security solution practices.

· Define service offerings, assessment frameworks, implementation methodologies, and managed service portfolios.

· Drive capability development, certifications, and technical readiness across teams.

· Support focused enablement for Copilot and AI use cases where relevant.

· Support Microsoft partnership initiatives, specializations, and competency requirements.

Solution Architecture· Design enterprise-scale solutions across:

o Microsoft 365

o Teams o SharePoint Online o Exchange Online o Intune o Entra ID o Microsoft Defender o Microsoft Purview o Copilot for Microsoft 365

o Security Copilot o Copilot Studio

· Develop secure architecture aligned with Zero Trust and Responsible AI principles.

· Review and govern technical designs, migration strategies, and implementation approaches.

Copilot, Azure, Data & AI Awareness· Understand Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, governance, adoption, and security considerations.

· Identify practical Copilot Studio, automation,



and AI-assisted business use cases.

· Work with Azure, Data, and AI specialists to shape integrated solutions when required.

· Apply responsible AI, governance, and data protection principles at a solution level.

Security & Compliance· Architect enterprise security solutions leveraging:

o Microsoft Defender Suite o Microsoft Purview o Entra ID o Conditional Access o Information Protection o Insider Risk o DLP o Compliance Manager o Identity Governance

· Conduct security assessments, Copilot security reviews, and governance workshops.

· Support customers in regulatory and compliance initiatives.

Azure, Data & AI Collaboration· Maintain working knowledge of Azure architecture, governance, identity, and integration concepts.

· Understand high-level Data, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, and analytics concepts.

· Collaborate with specialist teams for detailed Data, AI, and Azure solution delivery.

Presales & Business Development· Lead discovery workshops and executive briefings.

· Own solution design, effort estimation, SOW creation, and proposal reviews.

· Present solutions to C-level executives and business stakeholders.

· Work closely with Microsoft and strategic partners to drive pipeline growth.

· Support RFPs, RFIs, and complex bid responses.

Team Management· Lead and mentor architects, consultants, engineers, and delivery teams.

· Drive resource planning, competency development, and performance enablement.

· Establish architectural governance and delivery quality standards.
