Job Title: Principal Associate Fashion Graphic Designer – Apparel Graphics (Women's & Kids)

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a critical creative role in the organization by leading the design of trend-forward graphics for women's and kids' wear. We are looking for a highly creative and commercially driven designer with 6–10 years of experience in apparel graphics. The ideal candidate combines exceptional creativity with speed, strong software expertise, and a deep understanding of fast-fashion and Gen Z consumer culture.

This role requires someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, translating market trends into commercially successful graphics while maintaining consistency, quality, and quick turnaround times.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the creative development of apparel graphics that align with brand identity, customer preferences, and emerging market trends.
- Design original, commercially relevant graphics across Women's categories, with a strong understanding of category-specific aesthetics.
- Create high-quality artwork using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with exceptional speed and efficiency.
- Research global and domestic fashion trends, social media, pop culture, Gen Z behaviour, and graphic movements to create trend-right collections.
- Translate macro and micro trends into commercially viable graphic concepts suitable for the Indian fashion consumer.
- Work closely with Category, Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing teams to understand business requirements and seasonal direction.
- Handle multiple design briefs simultaneously while delivering high volumes of graphics within tight timelines.




- Ensure consistency in design quality across collections while meeting fast-fashion development calendars.
- Review graphics through every stage of development and collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate execution across various garment styles and print techniques. Visit factories, release fit/pp comments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Apparel, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in apparel graphic design.
- Strong experience designing EPP tees, graphic tees, fashion tees, and tops.
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of graphics in a fast-paced fashion environment.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z trends, youth culture, internet aesthetics, memes, social media, music, entertainment, gaming, and evolving visual languages that influence apparel graphics.
- Deep knowledge of fast-fashion business models and the ability to interpret trends into a knitwear-heavy portfolio of women's brands.
- Strong visual storytelling, typography, illustration, colour, composition, and print development skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver under aggressive timelines.

Preferred Industry Experience:

- Candidates with prior experience in high-volume eCommerce, D2C, or fashion retail organizations will be preferred. Preferred organizations include The Souled Store, Bewakoof, Lifestyle, Pantaloons, and Westside.
