Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Freight Coordination

- Collaborate with vendors to source ocean freight pricing and freight information.
- Ensure competitive pricing and accurate cost analysis for freight forwarding.

Sales & Quotation Support

- Work closely with the Sales team to provide pricing insights and competitive quotes.
- Assist in preparing detailed quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and profitability.

Internal & Vendor Coordination

- Liaise with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to streamline pricing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, carriers, and freight forwarders to negotiate the best rates.

Market Analysis & Cost Optimization





- Monitor market trends in ocean freight pricing and provide strategic recommendations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

Documentation & Compliance

- Ensure all pricing and freight-related documentation is maintained and updated.
- Adhere to international trade regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience in ocean freight pricing, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Robust negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and freight management tools is a plus.
