The organization is seeking an experienced Presales Consultant – Media & Information Services to support solution development, proposal management, client pitches, and deal conversion for Media and Information Services customers.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Presales Consultant – Media & Information Services to support solutioning, proposals, bids, and deal conversion for Media and Information Services customers.

The role will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Pricing teams to understand client requirements, develop compelling solutions, lead proposals, and create commercial constructs that support successful deal closure.

Experience: 8 Years

Location: Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai

CTC: ₹20-25 LPA (depending on Experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Understand Media & Information Services (M&IS;) offerings and present solutions to existing and prospective clients.
- Work on RFPs, RFIs, proactive pitches, bids, and client requirements, ensuring compelling solutions and pitches that support conversion and deal wins.
- Collaborate with front-end Sales and Delivery teams to develop solutions and convert deals for Media and Information Services customers.
- Lead and anchor proposals and take quick,



optimal decisions with accountability throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Create deal constructs and solution storyboards in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Create commercial constructs and establish pricing models in collaboration with the Pricing team.
- Craft and design high-quality collaterals, capability presentations, and solution decks aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct market research and strategize on offerings that can be taken to the market.
- Participate in sales pipeline reporting and business planning.
- Manage multiple proposals and opportunities while ensuring agreed submission timelines and quality standards are met.

Skillset Requirements

- Basic understanding of the Media, Information & Entertainment market.
- Experience in Presales / Solution Consulting / Bid Management / Proposal Management.
- Solid exposure to RFPs, RFIs, bids, proactive pitches, and solution development.
- Excellent MS PowerPoint skills and sound Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.
- Excellent organizing and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet strict proposal submission timelines.
- Exposure to commercial constructs, pricing models, and deal shaping will be an advantage.
