Pre-Sales Manager – Short JD

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and qualify leads through calls, enquiries, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and explain senior-living offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospects and support lead conversions.
- Maintain CRM, lead pipeline, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams.
- Prepare regular sales and pre-sales MIS reports.
- Manage and guide the pre-sales team, where applicable.

Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or CRM.
- Experience in Senior Living, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Healthcare preferred.
- Robust communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with good coordination and negotiation abilities.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
