We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Pre-Sales Executive / Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team in Mohali.
The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, good at communication, and capable of converting leads into qualified appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce our products/services.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and interest.
- Schedule qualified appointments/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-appointment conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales,
Telecalling, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidates from IT, EdTech, SaaS, B2B, or inside-sales backgrounds will be preferred.
