? Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
- Update CRM and ensure accurate lead tracking
- Achieve assigned calling, conversion, and site-visit targets
