About The Opportunity A fast-growing direct-to-consumer fashion brand operating at the intersection of sustainable style and digital-first retail, we’re redefining how conscious consumers discover, engage with, and fall in love with everyday apparel. Based in India with a remote-first culture, we blend storytelling, influencer collaboration, and data-driven PR to amplify brand voice across social, editorial, and community platforms — all while staying rooted in ethical production and inclusive design. Role & Responsibilities
- Research and compile media lists including fashion editors, bloggers, podcasters, and lifestyle influencers aligned with our brand ethos.
- Draft, personalize, and distribute press releases, media kits, and pitch emails to secure product features, reviews, and brand mentions.
- Monitor coverage across digital, print, and social channels; maintain a media tracker and report impact metrics weekly.
- Support influencer outreach by identifying emerging creators, negotiating gifting/collaboration terms, and managing campaign timelines.
- Assist in planning and executing virtual brand events, product launches, and media activations with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to brand storytelling by writing social captions, blog drafts, and Q&A; content under editorial guidance.
