Role Description The PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Executive / Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Chhindwara. This role is responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring materials are available to meet customer orders and internal demand. Daily activities include tracking stock movement, maintaining accurate records in relevant systems, preparing reports on inventory status and production performance, and coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams.

The PPIC Executive / Officer also supports demand forecasting, ensures timely replenishment of raw materials and finished goods,



identifies discrepancies in inventory, and assists in process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a smooth and reliable supply chain.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in production planning, inventory control, and demand forecasting, with the ability to align supply with customer and business requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or ERP systems for tracking inventory, orders, and production schedules.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse operations, and basic procurement processes within manufacturing or nutritional industries.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or process bottlenecks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, purchasing, logistics, and management teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Chhindwara, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in PPIC, production planning, or inventory management in manufacturing, food, or nutritional industries is an advantage.
