Work Responsibilities

- Experience in Plastic mould &
- Product Development industry.

- Design Review with CFT to easy manufacturing and new tool development Planning.

- Customer interaction to understand their requirements.

- Documentations and checking for part level Quality.

- Engineering Change Management.

- Prepare DFM &

- DFA report &
- Coordinate with CFT Members.

- To review with customer for cost effective, easy to be manufacturing design.

- To achieve the Timeline as per Customer Requirement.

- Manage Customer relationship end Ensure on time delivery of goods, quality control.

- Monitor internal performance metrics, analysed data, and develop corrective actions.

- Sense of urgency & capability to work under pressure of multiple tasks.

- Positive knowledge of GD&

- T Symbols.

- Preparation of APQP.

- Knowledge of Kaizen activity for increasing tool performance.

- Tracking tool spare parts for Breakdown handling.

- Maintaining all system related documents up to date.
