Power Platform Developer Demo Enablement

About the Role

As a Power Platform Developer Demo Enablement, you will support the Power Platform and Customer Engagement (PP/CE) team by building practical demo solutions, reusable components, proof-of-concepts, and best-practice examples. You will help the team explore new Microsoft technologies, strengthen technical capabilities, and ensure that knowledge and successful solutions can be shared and reused across the organization.

Depending on business needs and capacity, you may also contribute to customer projects by applying the solutions and development patterns you create.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop demo solutions, proof-of-concepts, and reference implementations using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Create reusable components, templates, development patterns, and best-practice examples for the PP/CE team.
- Translate real-world customer scenarios into practical demo solutions that consultants, architects, and developers can reuse.
- Explore and demonstrate Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and emerging AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Develop clear descriptions, approaches, guidelines,



and instructions for working with coding agents and AI-assisted development.
- Document technical solutions, development approaches, and reusable components so that other team members can easily understand, reuse, and extend them.
- Support knowledge-sharing sessions, technical workshops, and onboarding activities for team members.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, solution architects, developers, and other technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to customer projects when capacity allows, applying proven solutions and development patterns.
- Stay up to date with new Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and AI capabilities and translate relevant innovations into practical examples.
- Promote software development best practices, maintainability, scalability, and effective application lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.




- 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Power Apps

- Power Automate

- Microsoft Dataverse

- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Good understanding of Power Platform development concepts, solution management, and reusable development patterns.
- Experience with software development best practices and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Strong interest in Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and emerging Microsoft AI capabilities.
- Ability to create explicit technical documentation and explain solutions to other developers and technical team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in an international and remote team environment.
- Good command of English.
