Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Power BI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale analytics solutions. This role requires a unique blend of architecture leadership and technical development expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI development (8+ years) and solution architecture (4+ years), with proven experience designing end-to-end BI solutions while actively contributing to semantic model development, report creation, and performance optimization.

- This is not a pure architecture role. We are looking for someone who can define standards, design scalable solutions, and actively participate in the development of data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Leadership

- Design and architect End to end PBI solutions aligned with business and enterprise data strategies with best practices, governance frameworks, and development methodologies.
- Lead solution design discussions and collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.




- Design enterprise-grade semantic models using Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Composite Models along with report development, performance optimization, security, and deployment.

Hands-On Development

- Design and architect End to end PBI solutions
- Actively develop and maintain Power BI semantic models, datasets, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop complex DAX measures, calculation groups, KPIs, and advanced analytical solutions.
- Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards tailored for executive, operational, and analytical audiences.

Data Integration & Engineering

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimize data ingestion and transformation processes.
- Lead integration efforts with cloud-based data warehouse platforms like Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Power BI Solution Architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Solid expertise in designing and developing enterprise-scale Power BI solutions.
- Deep understanding of dimensional modelling concepts including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Composite Models.
- Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI performance tuning.
- Experience building and optimizing semantic models, datasets, and reusable reporting frameworks.
- Strong experience with Oracle ADW, Snowflake, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience integrating data from APIs, databases, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and modern data integration practices.
- Experience with Python and scripting for automation and data processing.
