Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI QA Automation Tester with strong knowledge of functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. The candidate will work on automation solutions built using Microsoft Power Platform, Excel, APIs, AI document extraction, and Python.

Key Responsibilities

- Test Power Automate workflows including triggers, conditions, business rules, and error handling.
- Perform functional testing of Power Apps.
- Validate Excel-based automation, formulas, scripts, calculations, and outputs.
- Test AI-based document extraction and verify extracted data against source documents.
- Perform API and integration testing for AI/document-processing solutions.
- Validate Python scripts and automation components where required.
- Perform financial data validation and reconciliation.
- Create and execute positive, negative, boundary, and edge-case test scenarios.
- Identify defects, workflow failures, data issues, and integration problems.
- Perform regression testing and defect retesting.
- Maintain test cases, test evidence, and defect reports.




- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and business/finance teams to resolve issues.

Mandatory Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in QA/Software Testing.
- Strong experience in Functional, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
- Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Power Automate.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps.
- Solid Excel skills including formulas, validation, macros/scripts, and data processing.
- Experience with financial data validation, calculations, and reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of test case design, defect management, regression testing, and edge-case testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience testing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with AI document extraction / Intelligent Document Processing.
- Knowledge of REST API testing and tools such as Postman.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Experience in RPA, financial automation, or finance transformation projects.
