Role Description This is a full time, on-site Portfolio Manager role based in Kakori.

The Portfolio

Manager will oversee and optimize client real estate investment portfolios, aligning strategies with financial objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions.

Responsibilities include conducting market and financial analysis, evaluating commercial and residential property opportunities, and recommending acquisition, disposition, and rebalancing actions. The role involves tracking portfolio performance, preparing reports and forecasts, and presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Manager will collaborate with sales, advisory, and finance teams to ensure data-driven recommendations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, portfolio performance, and investment risks.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Investments expertise to interpret financial data, assess returns, and support evidence-based portfolio decisions.
- Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills to design, monitor, and adjust diversified real estate portfolios aligned with client goals.
- Candidates should possess Trading and transaction execution skills to manage buying, selling, and restructuring of assets efficiently and compliantly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field are preferred.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or equivalent) and experience in real estate, investment management, or wealth advisory are advantageous.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to diverse clients.
- Proficiency in portfolio management tools, financial modeling, and MS Excel, with a detail-oriented and ethical approach to decision-making.
