We are looking for a customer-focused Policy Advisor to help customers navigate health and motor insurance options. In this role, you will act as a trusted consultant, understanding customer needs, simplifying complex plans, and providing clear recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with customers to assess coverage needs, budget, and lifestyle.
- Provide accurate plan comparisons, advantages, exclusions, and pricing.
- Educate buyers clearly while following IRDAI compliance and disclosure guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and objections with empathy and transparency.

Key Requirements:

- 1 to 4 years of experience in consultative sales, customer service, or advisory roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Backgrounds in Hospitality, Retail Sales, Banking, EdTech, or Financial Services are highly preferred.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Psychology, Mass Comm, or related fields.
