Must Have Skills: Java Full Stack, React, Python Development (2+ years), AI Tools (Copilot, GenAI), Cloud – Azure preferred.

We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong hands-on technical expertise in Java Full Stack development, React, Python, AI tools, and cloud technologies. This is a tech-centric, client-facing leadership role requiring candidates to interact closely with Architects, Delivery Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of overall experience with strong technical leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with React.
- 2+ years of hands-on Python development experience using any Python framework.
- Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, and related development tools.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Solid knowledge of microservices and REST APIs, including Spring Boot/Java.
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects with a high level of complexity.
- 6+ years of product management, engineering, or technical leadership experience.
- Broad understanding of SDLC, DevOps, SRE, and Quality Engineering.




- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring project team members and technical leads.
- Strong ability to build relationships with technical, product, business, and client stakeholders.
- Previous project management and leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience in Agile transformation planning and execution is a plus.
- Ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and resolve risks and issues impacting products.
- Experience leading idea cost/benefit reviews.

- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Superior interpersonal, organization, and coordination skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Architects, Delivery Managers, project teams, technical leaders, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or graduate degree is a plus.

Interview Process: 2 Deloitte Internal + 1 Client Round

Interview Mode: Virtual

Work Timing: General – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST

Work Mode: 5 Days WFO initially for a few weeks

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
