Role Description The Plumbing Supervisor is a full-time, in office role located in Chennai, responsible for overseeing plumbing works across assigned projects. This role includes planning and allocating daily tasks for plumbing teams, monitoring work progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and relevant codes.

The Plumbing

Supervisor coordinates with project managers, MEP teams, and other site supervisors to resolve technical issues, manage materials, and maintain accurate records of work performed. The role also involves inspecting installations and repairs, ensuring quality workmanship, addressing client or consultant queries, and supporting timely project completion through effective resource management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid Plumbing expertise,



including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to address site issues and client requirements professionally.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and coordination with other engineering disciplines.
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma in plumbing, MEP, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Experience in construction or contracting environments, particularly in large or complex projects, is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
