Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design Kubernetes-based platform architecture, including cluster patterns, workload deployment strategies, and operational best practices.
- Define secure container and platform standards, including security controls, hardening guidance, and secure-by-default configurations.
- Build and maintain Helm charts and deployment templates to standardize application delivery across environments.
- Develop and enforce automation using Ansible for provisioning, configuration management, and repeatable platform operations.
- Provide technical leadership on containerization practices (Docker) and ensure consistency across teams and services.

Skills Required:





- 11 - 15 years of relevant experience in platform architecture for containerized systems
- Security knowledge applied to containerized platforms and Kubernetes environments.
- Ansible for automation, configuration management, and repeatable platform operations.
- Kubernetes architecture expertise, including workload and cluster design considerations.
- Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes; Helm for packaging and deployment; security-aligned deployment/testing practices.

Valuable to Have:
- RBAC (role-based access control) for Kubernetes authorization and access governance.

Education: B.E. / B.Tech (any branch)
