- Supervise and coordinate plant operations to ensure productive production and meet quality standards.
- Manage and train plant staff to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Monitor and control plant expenses to stay within budget and optimize resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualification - B.E, Diploma, M.Sc., B.Sc. (Chemistry)
