Requirement – Plant Manager / Works Manager | Forging Industry – Hubli

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Manager / Works Manager to lead our forging manufacturing operations in Hubli.

Candidate Profile

- Preferably 10+ years of experience in the forging industry or a similar manufacturing setting.
- Strong experience in production planning, process control, quality, maintenance, manpower management and cost control.
- Proven ability to improve productivity, material yield, machine utilisation and quality, while reducing rejection and wastage.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage plant operations.
- Should be target-oriented,



hands-on and committed to achieving measurable results.
- Candidates who are willing to work on a basic salary + performance-linked incentive structure are preferred.
