Location: Malav, Valsad, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations at the plant.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR MIS.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and engagement activities.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
- Drive performance management, training and employee development.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
- Partner with Plant Management on HR policies and workforce-related matters.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent.
- 810 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant workplace.
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations & Labour Compliance.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
