Role Description

- Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control across multiple projects
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for projects
- Track project progress against baseline schedules and identify delays
- Conduct delay analysis, root-cause analysis and corrective action planning
- Conduct regular site reviews and coordination meetings
- Plan manpower, materials and equipment requirements




- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Design, Contracts and Execution teams
- Monitor project budgets and cost deviations
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain risk registers and manage EOT claims / impact analysis
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS, dashboards and progress reports
- Track KPIs including schedule variance, cost variance and productivity
- Lead, mentor and develop Planning Engineers
- Standardize planning processes and drive best practices and accountability

Qualifications

- Experience: 10+ years
- Industry: Real Estate Developer / Construction / Contractor / PMC
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- PMP / Planning-related certification preferred
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Experience handling multiple large-scale real estate/infrastructure projects
- Exposure to high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use developments
- Proven experience leading planning functions at an organizational level
