Role & responsibilities :
Planning Engineer Residential Real Estate:
- Experience: 3 - 7 years in planning for residential real estate projects.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Track project progress and identify delays or deviations.
- Coordinate with project, execution, design, and contractor teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor work as per approved schedules and construction plans.
- Prepare MIS reports and update management on project status.
- Positive knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and MS Excel.
- Should have experience in residential building construction projects.
