Roles and Responsiblities

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or Equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Production planning & Project planning.
- Experienced in ERP systems in planning modules
- Master in office tools(Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and Primavera P6.
- Awareness of Secure working practices.

Main tasks / Responsibilities
- Ensure the project launching and closing in ERP
- Coordinate with sales, quality control, procurement department, stores and maintenance team to

ensure the fulfillment of customers requirements / Compliance with FRO.
- Manage all indicators regarding production and sales performances.
- Ensure weekly and monthly production schedules & targets.
- Manage Sales & Operation planning (SOP), Material Requirement Planning (MRP) tools and

arrange periodical reviews with concerned teams.




- Co-ordination between production and procurement departments for the availability of materials in

a timely manner.
- Analyze production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to optimize stock holding and reduce

lead times.
- Perform root cause analysis for any production delays and propose preventive measures.
- Maintain and update key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for real-time visibility into

operational performance.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate documentation and ERP data integrity.

Major Challenges and/or Problems
- On time launching & closing of projects without cost variance.
- Alerts to production, technical, sales & purchase team related to availability of raw materials

internally & tanks to customers
- Manage special requirements as per FRO and communicate to the relevant teams in a timely

manner.
