Role Description The Placement Officer role at NS3Edu is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram.

The Placement

Officer will build and maintain relationships with hiring partners, IT companies, and industry networks to generate placement opportunities for learners across NS3Edu’s programs. Daily tasks include coordinating campus and off-campus recruitment drives, organizing employer interactions, and maintaining accurate placement records and reports. The role also involves providing career counseling,



conducting placement readiness sessions, and supporting learners with resumes, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

The Placement

Officer will collaborate closely with trainers and academic staff to align placement activities with course outcomes and industry needs, ensuring strong employment prospects for learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in campus placement coordination and employer relationship management.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in career counseling and guidance, with the ability to support learners in defining and achieving career goals.
- Candidates should possess skills in training and education support, such as organizing workshops, interview preparation sessions, and employability programs.
- Relevant experience in placement, talent acquisition, or career services within the education or IT training sector is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple drives and partner relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management for maintaining placement trackers and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in management, education, or human resources is an advantage.
