We’re looking for a proactive, target-oriented and relationship-driven professional who can build strong relationships with companies, HRs, recruiters and hiring managers and generate corporate hiring opportunities.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and connect with potential corporate hiring partners through LinkedIn, email, cold calling and networking
- Build and manage relationships with HRs, recruiters and Talent Acquisition teams
- Generate, qualify and convert corporate leads into hiring partnerships
- Understand employer requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and campus hiring drives
- Drive regular follow-ups and maintain the corporate hiring pipeline
- Conduct market research to identify new employer opportunities




- Track outreach, conversions, hiring opportunities and partnership performance

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development / Corporate Relations / Recruitment Sales / Placement

✅ Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills

✅ Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email communication

✅ Robust relationship management and negotiation skills

✅ Target-oriented mindset with experience working against KPIs

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Experience in EdTech, Recruitment, Staffing, Higher Education, Training or B2B SaaS is a plus
