Salary 1. Full time Position Work Hours : 9 hours per day (Includes a 1-hour break).

Working Days : 6 days a week (1 rotational week-off).

Shift Timings : Rotational shifts.

Morning : 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Afternoon/Evening : 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Night :



10:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Salary Structure : ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 monthly total earnings Attendance Bonus : Up to ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 (For 26 days of regular attendance) Night Shift Allowance : ~₹1,200 – ₹1,500 per month Benefits : PF, ESIC medical insurance, and joining bonuses at select dark stores.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria Education : Minimum 10th pass or below (Open to all primary school graduates).

Experience : Freshers are highly welcome; priority is given to candidates with prior quick-commerce experience (e.g., Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, or Amazon).

Age Limit : Strictly 18 to 30/32 years.

Language : Local language fluency
