Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Photoshop Artist role based in Hyderabad, focused on poster design and character layering.

The Photoshop

Artist will create high-quality posters, campaign visuals, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines and creative briefs. Daily tasks include character layering, image compositing, background cleanup, color correction, and preparing files for print and digital use. The role involves collaborating with designers, art directors, and content teams to refine concepts, implement feedback, and meet project deadlines.

Artist is also expected to maintain organized asset libraries and ensure consistent visual quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including advanced skills in character layering, masking, retouching, and compositing.
- Demonstrated experience in poster design, key art creation, and layout for both print and digital campaigns.
- Solid understanding of visual design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, and lighting.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital art, or a comparable creative role.
- Strong attention to detail, file management practices, and familiarity with print specifications and export formats.
- Relevant education in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio showcasing poster work, character layering, and other Photoshop-based projects; experience in entertainment or advertising is a plus.
