Qualification: Any Bsc Graduate + DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Relevant phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsible for collecting blood and other patient samples safely and accurately, following hospital protocols and infection-control standards. Handle patient identification, sample labeling, documentation, and timely transportation of specimens to the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection.
- Ensure correct patient identification and sample labeling.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards.
- Handle difficult collections professionally and ensure patient comfort.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the laboratory team.
- Follow hospital policies and quality standards.
