- Handle, label, pack, preserve, and transport samples as per lab protocols.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort and maintain skilled behaviour during home visits.
- Coordinate with patients and the laboratory for scheduled home collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate sample submission to the laboratory.

Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in phlebotomy/home sample collection.

- DMLT or relevant qualification preferred.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Knowledge of sample handling, preservation, and transportation procedures.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
