Role

We are seeking a talented Photographer & Multimedia Designer with expertise in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for BIMTECH's digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, admissions activities, placements, corporate relations, and institutional branding initiatives.

The role comes with the following Responsibilities

Photography & Videography● Capture qualified photographs of campus events, conferences, guest lectures, student activities, placements, convocations, and institutional initiatives.

● Shoot high-quality videos, interviews, testimonials, promotional films,



and social media content.

● Manage camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording during shoots.

● Maintain a well-organized archive of photographs and videos.

Video Editing● Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

● Create promotional videos, reels, shorts, event highlights, placement stories, and admission campaigns.

● Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and branding elements.

● Optimize video content for different platforms and formats.

Graphic Design● Design social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, emailers, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral.

● Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign creatives and visual concepts.

Essential Eligibility Conditions

Educational Qualification● Bachelor's degree in Photography, Multimedia, Design, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

● Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator





● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

● Proficiency in Adobe After Effects

● Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom

● Understanding of camera operations, lighting, composition, and color grading

● Familiarity with social media content formats and trends

Equipment Knowledge● DSLR/Mirrorless Camera Operations

● Professional Lighting Equipment

● Audio Recording Equipment

● Drone Photography/Videography (preferred)

Experience● 2-5 years of experience in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design.

● Experience in educational institutions, media agencies, digital marketing agencies, or production houses will be preferred.

● Strong portfolio showcasing photography, video editing, and graphic design work.

Desired Competencies● Creative storytelling ability

● Strong visual aesthetics
